We are looking for talented analysts to develop high frequency strategies for financial markets and to scale our proprietary trading infrastructure to new exchanges. We are a fast moving start-up and value an ability to work in fuzzy environments. Exposure to a wide variety of problem spaces, technologies, and an inclination to learn and explore new ones is deeply appreciated. 
 
Responsibilities include : - Analyzing market patterns and building trading strategies using concepts of Game Theory, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics etc. - Implementing efficient and thoroughly unit-tested trading strategies - Scaling the trading platform to new exchanges - Building a tools ecosystem to help analyze huge amounts of market data and to track performance 
 
Qualifications : - Brilliant problem solving abilities - Experience with Machine Learning and Statistics - A strong background in data structures and algorithms - Experience with at least one Object-Oriented Programming language (preferably    C++/D) - Working knowledge of Linux - Outstanding side projects are a big plus. If you’ve some spectacular projects or bits of software/hardware that you may have worked on, we’d love to see them! - Knowledge of Functional Programming and/or Systems Programming is a plus. 
 

 Programmers with demonstrable expertise in software design (for example: prolific work on GitHub, good ranks on TopCoder/similar algo engines, contributions to open-source projects, outstanding work on GSoC projects, strong side projects, etc) can apply to us irrespective of their department and CGPA
